General:

Assured Software provides innovative software and service solutions for the restoration, carpet cleaning, contractor and insurance industries. We are looking to fill an intermediate position in our development team. Assured Software is a fast growing company that has been in the software development business in Kelowna for over 10 years, with a great team and a large existing user base.

Position Description:

The Software Developer is responsible for development of new features, maintaining, and troubleshooting current products

Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop features of the Assured suite of software.
• Work with designers to update the look and feel of current products.
• Evaluate Third Party products for integration into Assured Software's products
• Maintain existing code and code review new features and patches
• Create new and modify existing reports

Qualifications:

• Diploma or better in Computer Information Systems (CIS)
• 2+ years of C# .Net experience
• 1+ SQL Server 2005/2008
• Experience with Developer Express Suite of tools is an asset
• Experience with the restoration or insurance industry
• Strong OOP background a plus
• Fluent in English
