General:
The role of the International Project Manager is to work in collaboration with managers and the team to plan, execute, and finalize international media launches according to deadlines and resources. This includes collaborating with managers to get resources and coordinating the efforts of Global team members in order to deliver launch according to plan. The Project Manager will also directly manage the Kelowna international team.
Once the media launch is completed the project manager will manage the day-to-day operations and communications to execute the ongoing synchronous launches of languages.
Responsibilities:
- Effective facilitation of project meetings.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with managers, team and director.
- Constantly improves and effectively applies process and methodology.
- Responsible for the schedules of all the ongoing projects related to the Global offices. Example: launches and milestones.
- Responsible for the creation and execution of project work and action plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Responsible for effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Responsible for minimizing exposure and risk on project.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Maintain a collaborative and open relationship with managers and team.
Qualifications:

Project Management Certificate or equivalent is required.

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project Manager is required.

Microsoft Project or equivalent project management software knowledge is required.

Experience with Microsoft Office and the internet.

Fluent in English.
Skills and Abilities:

Experience, organized communicator that can think quickly on their feet.

Demonstrated ability to accurately, and quickly assess the scope and deliverables of a project.
