General:

We are looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant for our Kelowna location. The hours are approximately 24 – 30 per week and are flexible. This position is perfect for the mother or father who wants to be home before and after school for the children.

Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible to execute the A/P & A/R functions of the company. Your A/P responsibilities include processing invoices for payment. Your A/R responsibilities include invoicing sales to the customer and monitoring the credit status of customers. With the cooperation of the sales department, you will ensure that company A/R goals are met.

The position will be filled by a conscientious and dependable person committed to the delivery of tasks. The person will posses values of honesty and integrity, refusing to cut corners. Being well organized, skilled in prioritizing and possessing a healthy dose of assertiveness, this person will use their planning skills to successfully bring tasks to closure.

The position requires prior computer experience including experience with Microsoft Office products.
