Here's just a little of what you'd be doing each day:

Works closely with our management council to provide strategic HR support and to assist them in reaching core business goals
Ensures Enquiro provides the financial and human resources to make it possible to meet objectives, targets, and timelines and make recommendation accordingly
All recruitment and on boarding
Overseeing all performance management and compensation
Policy and process documentation creation
Benefits administration
Management and direction of general HR administration forms
Encouragement and endorsement of our unique culture and people

Here's some of the things we're going to be looking for on your resume:

Progressive experience as an HR generalist
Hands on experience in all aspects of HR including development, compensation, recruitment, discharge, team member relations, and employment law
Excellent communication skills, both orally and written
High emotional intelligence, positive energy and an outgoing personality that will allow you to be enthusiastic about, and evangelize, the company internally and externally
Ability to see from all sides to come up with win-win solutions whenever possible
Proven ability to build relationships with and influence all levels within an organization
Excellent organizational skills
Amazing ability to work independently and take initiative
Experience with international recruitment and laws
Experience with succession planning
Experience with various HR software
