Responsibilities:

Maintain the company's superior service level by effectively handling inbound customer service and sales inquiries.

Answer inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
Provide first-class customer service both during a transaction and through post-transaction follow-up.
Acquire and maintain up to date product and industry knowledge.
Record and enter sales transactions.
Uphold the company's values of success through service, passion and integrity.
Effectively communicate via email, telephone, and web chat, to assist with customer questions, resolve service issues and close sales transactions.

Skills/Experience:

A track record of 2 or more years of customer service experience in an inbound and/or outbound environment. Preference will be given to candidates who also have sales experience.
Experience and a passion for outdoor pursuits is a definite asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A service and goal oriented mindset combined with an outgoing personality.
Familiarity with basic computer operation including Windows, email, and web browsing. This position will require the use of order management and customer relationship software. Training will be provided.

This position requires a flexible schedule including the ability to work both weekdays and weekends.
