Customer Accounting Representative Job - Kelowna BC

General:

Working closely with our field sales team, this individual will be responsible for ensuring correct promotion setup and reconciliation of all customer deductions; including damages, in our Trade Promotion Management System. Additional job responsibilities include investigation and resolution of customer audits and other unexplained deductions, processing of sales financial requests and backup to other Customer Accounting Team members.

Skills/Experience:

Ideally, candidates should possess:

• A business diploma or equivalent
• 3 years related experience, preferably in a consumer packaged goods environment
• Experience in accounts receivables
• Demonstrated ability in performing detailed analysis
• Intermediate or advanced computer skills with MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
• Motivated, focused, and accountable for results
